Explosives Distribution Company Acquisition Support.  ZMW provided technical support for one of the world’s largest explosives manufacturers during due diligence in an international acquisition of a large explosives manufacturing and distribution company.

Explosives Detection    ZMW provided application assistance to include DMNB (2,3 Dimethyl 2,3 Dinitrobutane within explosives, propellants, energetic articles and devices.  DMNB is used as a tagging/detecting agent for plastic bonded explosives (PBX).

Due Diligence Technical Support for an Acquisition.  ZMW provided due diligence technical support in assessing current explosives manufacturing processes, equipment and facilities relating to an acquisition of a large European regional explosives manufacturer by a multinational explosives manufacturer.
